My Favorite World Destinations
Amsterdam
Last summer I went to the Netherlands' city of Amsterdam. I could honestyl write an entire book on how amazing and fun the city is, as personally I have never been to such a liberal and forward thinking place. Everyone here is so nice, and the women are absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Outside of the lovely citizens, the city itself is very architecturally unique because it is very flat allowing almost everyone to ride their bikes everywhere. Of course the most incredible thing about Amsterdams infrastructure is that the city's famous Redlight District is built on canals and inaccessible to motor-vehicles.
Luxembourg
Luxembourg is definitely a place I would recommend you'd travel too if you are someone who is interested in traveling "off the beaten path." Luxembourg is nothing like London, or even Berlin or any other city you can think of. The city itself sits right on a river valley, connected by winding streets, cobble stone bridges, and many secret alleyways. Luxembourg is a very quiet, clean, and surprisingly affluent city! While the country itself is small, and closer to Germany; Luxembourg is very much obvioulsy influenced by French culture, from cuisine, to local language. A very quiet, and romantic place, with the most lovely sunsets; I recommend you come here with a loved one.
Berlin
Berlin is definitely somewhere everyone should visit if they ever get the chance. The city has something for everyone. From the second you begin exploring the city you will immediately notice all the history surrounding you from the Wall of Berlin, the Reichstag, and various monuments to the victims of World War 2. If history is not your forte, then I recommend the club scene as there is nowhere quite like berlin when it comes to a club scene. The club scene is Berlin has clubs for EVERYONE, so dont worry about going to multiple places and hearing music you dislike with crowds that arent your own. They have entire industrial complexes dedicated to clubbing, rock and roll clubs, techno clubs, rap clubs. There is so much inclusion and variety, its impossible for anyone to get bored on a Friday night here. If the club scene isn't for you, have no fear. Berlin has some of the best comfort food in the entire world! Pork steaks, and bratwurst with the most amazing sauces and seasoning; My personal favorite is something the locals get as a snack on the go called Pom-Fritz. Which is basically french fries served with somesort of fatty sauce and sausages of some sort. Definitly what you need when you want something cheap, tastey, and on the go.
